Appointments are booked by phone, Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Plan on 2 to 3 hours
That is a standard appointment. If you need to drop off more than 15 minutes early, or the dog needs an extended stay, say so when you book.
Pick-up within 30 minutes
When the team lets you know the groom is finished, please collect your dog within 30 minutes.
