How an upgrade joins the visit
A spa upgrade is not a separate appointment. It is added to a Signature Bathing Package or to a Full Grooming Experience, so the dog is washed, treated, dried, brushed out and finished in one visit.
The formulations are chosen to soothe sensitive skin, deep-condition a coat, or bring up its natural shine. The salon's Golden Retriever highlight shows the idea: a deep conditioning and shedding treatment for a healthy coat.
Asking for it when you call
Booking is by phone: (319) 235-9851, Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Tell the groomers when you book that you want a spa upgrade, and describe what you see in the coat or the skin. They will say what they think it needs.
The quote for an upgrade comes by phone, for your dog. New to the salon? Schedule first, then complete the New Client Form, and have your dog's vaccination records sent to shearblisspet@aol.com before the appointment.
